Billing questions
How does payment work?
By card through Stripe, monthly in advance. Invoices and payment methods are in the billing portal in the dashboard.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. A higher plan is active immediately. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown without VAT, which is added on the invoice.
How much does Tayra cost for players?
Nothing. The app is free for players. The club pays for a plan, and for one team of up to 25 players Tayra is free for the club too.
Do I need a credit card?
No. The free plan needs no card and has no time limit. When your club outgrows one team, pick a paid plan you can cancel any time.
