Account data: your name, email address and, if you add one, a photo.

Team data: the schedule, your answers to sessions with any reason for missing, attendance, and your coach's ratings and feedback.

Your own workouts, if you record them: GPS track, distance, time and pace. We use location only while recording a workout, and for the time-to-leave reminder if you turn it on.

Technical data: device type, app version and error reports.

To make the team work: the coach posts a session, you answer, both of you see attendance. The legal basis is performing our contract with the club and with you.

Health data, such as an injury given as a reason for missing, is a special category of data. It's shared only with your team's coaches, and only if you enter it yourself (your explicit consent).

We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

Team data is visible to the club's coaches and admins and to members of the same team, as the app defines. These processors help us run Tayra:

Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage. Servers in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).

Stripe — payments for club subscriptions. We never store card details ourselves.

Vercel — hosting of the website and dashboard, and anonymous, cookieless visit statistics.

Sentry — crash and error reports from the app, without the content of your data.

Expo, Apple and Google — push notifications, app updates and Sign in with Apple.

Open-Meteo — weather forecasts; we send only the venue's coordinates, nothing about you.

Anthropic — drafting AI reports in the dashboard (only on plans with AI reports, when a coach asks).

Data is stored in the EU. Where a processor handles data outside the EU, this relies on the EU standard contractual clauses.

Activity history is kept as far back as the club's plan allows. When a club or player leaves Tayra, we delete or anonymise their data within a reasonable time.

The website uses essential cookies, and analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent. Details and the full list are in the cookie policy at tayra.app/en/cookies.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected].

You can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).

Players under 15 need a parent's or guardian's consent to use the app. The club is responsible for obtaining it.
